To Our Clients and Business Partners,
The COVID-19 (coronavirus) virus is dominating the news cycle and impacting families, businesses and people around the country. Our hearts go out to all those who have been affected, directly or indirectly. At Atwell, the safety and well-being of our team members, clients, partners and community are of the utmost importance.
I am certain the ever-changing world we are in today is significantly impacting your business planning and Atwell is no different. I am writing to let you know that we remain 100% operational and have implemented our business continuity plan in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. This includes adapting our workplace, as well as meeting and travel policies to protect our team members and everyone we interact with including clients and service providers. To ensure continuity of our operations and to do our part to help reduce the spread of the virus we have:
– Adopted all recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and we strongly recommend our clients and partners follow the same path: https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/prepare/prevention.html;
– Implemented a remote work strategy for the vast majority of our team. This has been a seamless process for Atwell, as we have supported remote work environments for years and we had previously made the significant investment in technology to effectively implement this strategy. Our staff is well versed and equipped to utilize our virtual infrastructure platform and we have multiple systems in place to connect them with one another and with you. We will continue to provide the same great service you have come to expect from us;
– Eliminated all meetings in our offices, whether they be with internal staff or external companies, to limit exposure and support “social distancing”; and
– Suspended all commercial air travel and all non-essential travel. That does not mean we will stop supporting and advocating for your projects in a meaningful way. Our team has extensive IT capabilities that we can and will use to conduct meetings and stay in contact with you regarding all key project matters, including those that impact budget and schedule.
We deeply value our relationships with all of you and remain committed to serving you with an unwavering dedication to meeting your needs during this difficult time.
