When an international renewable energy organization took on a difficult new wind energy project, they brought in Atwell team members to reduce the turbulence. The multi-parcel, 3,500-acre site of rolling hills presented significant site challenges and potential obstacles to transmitting energy to local consumers. Atwell team members produced topographic surveys and provided on-call micrositing for project contractors and meteorologists to confirm turbine locations and maximize wind yields and transmission options, and took the project to the next phase by providing engineering design and permitting services. The ALTA/ACSM land title survey produced by Atwell team members was called "the best wind energy ALTA we've seen in ten years" by the national title company hired for the project.
