Atwell Strengthens Southeast Michigan Land Surveying Operations with Two New Hires

SOUTHFIELD, Mich., July 20, 2010 -- Real estate solutions provider Atwell, LLC has hired two industry veterans to lead and manage land surveying operations in its Southfield office. The addition of Team Leader H. Lawrence O'Donnell and Senior Project Manager Greg McArdle strengthens the firm's operations throughout southeast Michigan. Steven D'Anna, regional vice president, made the announcement.
H. Lawrence O'Donnell, PS, will lead survey operations throughout the Midwest as field services team leader bringing 30 years of experience to the Atwell team. A professional land surveyor in Michigan, Illinois, Ohio and Wisconsin, O'Donnell has extensive experience working with land development, telecommunications, power and energy, and general contractor clients. Prior to joining Atwell, O'Donnell was founder and president of O'Donnell Consulting, LLC, a veteran-owned land surveying company based in Washington, Michigan. He received a Bachelor of Science in Forestry/Land Surveying from Michigan Technological University and has held various leadership positions with the Michigan Society of Professional Surveyors.
Greg M. McArdle, PS, joins the firm as a senior project manager with more than 17 years of land surveying experience. A professional surveyor in Michigan, he has a proven background in ALTA surveys, boundary surveys, right-of-way corridor surveys, construction layout and telecommunications surveys. Prior to joining Atwell, he served as director of surveying with CHMP, Inc., an architecture, engineering and surveying company in Grand Blanc, Michigan. McArdle has a Bachelor of Science in Surveying Engineering from Ferris State University and is a member of the Michigan Society of Professional Surveyors.
