Survey Veteran Timothy Briggs Joins Atwell as Field Services Project Manager

CLEVELAND, Ohio, July 13, 2010 -- Real estate solutions provider Atwell, LLC has hired Timothy Briggs, PS as field services project manager in its Cleveland office. Robert Beaugrand, regional vice president, made the announcement. Briggs will lead survey operations specific to the states of Ohio and Pennsylvania.
Briggs brings more than 25 years of land surveying experience to the Atwell team with an expertise in ALTA surveys, right-of-way corridor surveys and construction layout. Prior to joining Atwell, Briggs was a survey project manager with Campbell & Associates, Inc., a surveying company in Cuyahoga Falls.
"Tim brings tremendous value to our clients via his breadth of experience serving both public and private development markets," said Beaugrand. "We are confident he will exceed the evolving needs of our local and national client base."
Briggs is a professional surveyor in Ohio and holds degrees in Civil Engineering Technology from Stark State College of Technology and Soil and Water Management from Ohio State University. He is a member of the Professional Land Surveyors of Ohio Western Reserve Chapter and University of Akron Surveying and Mapping Program Review Committee. Briggs currently resides with his wife in Cuyahoga Falls.
