For several years, this proposed development remained idle due
to inactive permitting until Atwell was contracted to provide
planning, site design and permitting services. Our land
development team worked with multiple ownership groups,
subconsultants and review agencies to obtain the first permits in
the life of the project.
Separate from the overall development, Atwell is also providing
engineering services for a spine road which will traverse
throughout the development, providing access to the residential and
office areas. Due to the site's proximity to the Braden
River, the site drainage model included additional treatment to
ensure compliance with increased water quality standards.
