National land development consulting and construction management firm, Atwell, LLC, has acquired the assets of JMI & Associates, a civil engineering firm based in Scottsdale, AZ. This acquisition supports the firm's continuous growth, stability, and commitment to Atwell's Mesa Arizona operations and operations in the western markets.

Located at 4700 E. Southern Avenue, the firm's current Mesa area location offers turnkey land development solutions that include land planning, civil engineering, land surveying, environmental consulting, water and natural resources, land acquisition and construction management services for both public and private sector clients.

Matt Olsen, PE, brings over 30 years of industry experience and will be serving as Project Manager for Atwell's land development team, and will be tasked with managing local projects, growing their land development market and expanding the firms existing client base. Matt's expertise includes residential development, commercial development, master planned communities, and golf course and resort development.
